Your information should be handled with the same care as your property.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, phone number, optional email, service location, requested timing, locksmith-service details, vehicle or property information you choose to provide, and photos you attach. We also receive basic technical information used for security and abuse prevention. Raw IP addresses are not written to the service-request database; short-lived rate-limit identifiers are cryptographically hashed.

How we use it

We use this information to review and respond to your request, confirm service details, communicate about an appointment or emergency request, create a private dispatch calendar event after staff confirms an appointment, support dispatch operations, protect the website, and maintain appropriate business records. A web submission does not guarantee availability or an arrival time.

Photos and location

Photos are stored privately for service review and are not placed in a public gallery. Large camera images may be resized and converted in your browser before upload, which generally removes embedded metadata; smaller accepted files may be stored substantially as submitted. Remove metadata before uploading if that concerns you. If Google location assistance is enabled, address text is sent to Google Places to return suggestions and coordinates. If you use the manual “Check address” action, address text may be sent through the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder to return a standardized address and coordinates. You may skip both forms of address assistance and submit the full address for manual review.

Service Concierge

Messages sent to the Service Concierge may be processed through OpenAI when the AI provider is configured. A guided, non-AI fallback remains available otherwise. Full conversations are not permanently stored by this website by default. Provider processing may be subject to the provider’s operational retention. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or information unrelated to the request.

SMS and email confirmations

If you explicitly select SMS confirmation, Twilio may deliver transactional texts about that specific request. Consent is not a condition of purchasing service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Resend may deliver transactional email only when you provide an email address and select email confirmation.

Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may transmit the minimum information necessary to providers that deliver operational messages on our behalf.

Service providers and retention

Cloudflare supports website hosting, D1 database storage, private R2 object storage, security, and abuse prevention. Google may support address suggestions, maps, and confirmed appointment events on the business's private dispatch calendar; the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder may support a customer-requested manual address check; the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration vehicle catalog may return model names for a selected year and make; OpenAI may process concierge messages; Twilio may deliver SMS; and Resend may deliver email when those services are configured. If the business connects an authorized dispatch platform, a secure outbound webhook may send the minimum contact and service details needed for dispatch; customer photos are not included in that webhook. Automated site audits inspect public pages and do not read customer requests, notes, or photos. A production retention period is configured privately by the business. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for service, security, dispute handling, and recordkeeping, then deleted or de-identified under the documented retention process.

You may use the website without enabling SMS, email, Google-assisted address selection, or photo upload. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information connected to a service request, call 509.283.8300 and provide the request reference when available.
